ARA TRADE SHOW 2025 FLOOR PLAN

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Booth Selection is on first come, first serve basis

  • Each Booth will include (at no additional cost) the following:

  • 3’ tall siderail drape

  • 8’ tall backwall drape

  • One 6’ draped table

  • Two chairs

  • One wastebasket

  • One company ID sign

  • Any additional furnishings other than what is listed will be a vendor expense (Electric, tables, chairs, carpet and drapes). A website for you to place your orders will be provided.

  • Electrical, water, & internet should be pre-ordered using forms in the Exhibitor Service Package.

  • Lead Retrieval services will be available.

  • All Exhibitors are encouraged to actively promote the Trade Show to their customer base through all available marketing channels. This includes, but is not limited to, email newsletters, social media platforms, company websites, and direct customer marketing & communications.

  • Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from sharing, subletting, or assigning their booth space, in whole or in part, with any other individual, company, or entity. Violation of this clause may result in the forfeiture of booth space without refund and potential exclusion from future events.
